Contratulations to the russian whites and blacks, they now have attained championship status in ACFA effective May 1, 2010! Now they can compete against all other breeds for titles and awards. Congrats also to Cate, she is now a Double Champion in ACFA--only the 2nd white so far to get such a title in N America! These are photos of Cate taken at a recent cat show in May 2008. She was extremely well received by the judges who loved her plush, silky soft coat. She also has great headtype and earset. Our only improvement would be to have her eyes a more emerald color like her grandmother Lili has, but Cate's are a nice olive green color, so we are happy. Cate was 9 months old at the time, her first show, so she was very nervous. Even the photography session made her a tad nervous as you can see. She managed to find a place to hide behind the photographers table and we had to keep digging her out, finally we told the photographer to just shoot her back there and we got some very cute shots!
